Reservations are available every half hour from 12 to 8 p.m., and can be made by calling 520.579.2100.
This feast is served with choice of pecan wood-smoked turkey breast, herb marinated prime rib, honey glazed Virginia ham, pan seared halibut or whipped red quinoa-polenta, and a variety of soups, salads, intermezzo and desserts. For fancy dining try McClintock's seven-course dinner for $60 per person.
